Jefferson Street Senior Housing is an affordable housing community for seniors built by a partnership between Napa Valley Community Housing and Christian Church Homes. Constructed in 2004, it offers 77 apartments to seniors age 62 or over who qualify as very low income according to HUD income limits for the area.
