Current Development Projects

COVENANT GARDENS SENIOR APARTMENTS—MEMPHIS, TN

203 one-bedroom units of senior affordable housing to be built in partnership with New Covenant in Christ Ministries in Southeastern Memphis.

Features: Three-story complex with full housing facilities for low income seniors (aged 62 and older) and an array of amenities including: community room, mailroom, fitness center, reading/computer rooms, laundry, unit balcony and outdoor community garden area, plus on-site residential services and programs.

PIPER WAY SENIOR APARTMENTS—SHASTA COUNTY, CA

60 units of senior housing to be built on excess church acreage in the Manzanita neighborhood of Redding, CA.

Features: Full housing facilities for low and very-low income seniors (aged 62 and above), formerly homeless seniors and seniors with developmental disabilities (the first California Department of Developmental Services funded-project for seniors with developmental disabilities).

 

NEW DEVELOPMENT—ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA

79 one-bedroom units in a four-story complex near the BART Station in Hayward, CA.

Features: Full room amenities, multi-purpose room, lobby and mail area, plus service coordinator to assist senior residents.

 

 

NEW DEVELOPMENT—BUTTE COUNTY, CA

80 single story cottages, grouped together as four units totaling 20, to be built on four acres in Chico, CA.

Features: Plenty of amenities and outdoor space with additional acreage for a potential second phase.
