CCH Board President Leslie Taylor is an innovative and adaptable pastor with a strong work ethic. She has more than 35 years of experience in developing and sustaining programming for churches, non-profits, and student affairs in colleges and seminaries. She serves as a wedding officiant, providing personalized wedding ceremonies that are respectful of all couples. She also is a spiritual director and coach who helps her clients learn and hear from their own truth. Among her many specialties, Leslie is known for her work in Women’s Ministry, LGBT matters in ministry, as well as her focus on issues related to people of color, anti-racism or unlearning of racism, rural ministry and urban/inner city ministry.

Rev. Dr. John Reagan is Executive Minister at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Edmund, a position he has held since January 2015. This is his second stint on staff, having previously served from 1994 to 2003 as an Associate Minister. He also has been a member of the Regional Board of Christian Church and served on the leadership team as Moderator of the Commission on Clergy. Additionally, John was a board member for Hope Center, a non-profit organization developed by the Edmund Ministerial Alliance, an interdenominational council of churches, to meet basic community needs for social services during emergency situations.

CCH Board Treasurer Connie Inglish has served in leadership positions with several non-profit organizations and committees including the General Board and Administrative Committee of Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Board of Church Extension, where she was president for one year. Connie is also a member of Just Hope non-profit organization and completed two terms as its president. Her areas of interest include fund raising, faith orientation and strategic visioning and planning. She retired in 2017 as Director of Employer Services for the Pension Fund of the Christian Church. She received a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State and also studied at Phillips University.

The Reverend Ed Gomez currently serves as Vicar of St. Paul’s / San Pablo Episcopal Church and was the former executive director of the nonprofit organization, Ah! Movement, which he founded in Houston Texas and offers after-school art enrichment classes to under-resourced children. His ministry and professional experience have led him from missionary experiences in southern Mexico and Peru through many regions of the U.S.

Reverend Walker is a native of Augusta, serves as Community Regional Minister for Anti-Racism and Reconciliation, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Southwest. Prior to answering the call to serve as Senior Pastor of the Historic New Hope Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas, he pastored the Liberty Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia. During his tenure there, he also served as President of the Augusta NAACP. He is a graduate of Morehouse College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion. He has chaired and served on numerous boards, both in Georgia and Texas. He’s also a Veteran of the United States Navy. He has a genuine love for people, pastoring, and preaching

Ari Beliak brings vast experience in affordable and market-rate housing and commercial lending to the CCH Board. He is currently the chief Executive Officer at Merritt Community Capital Corporate where he has overseen the development of more than 10,000 affordable homes and raised more than $450 million in bringing the company’s California affordable housing investment to over $1.27 billion.

With more than 25 years of experience, Cathy Perring is a principal Environmental Planner for Albert A. Webb Associations with responsibility for leading a team of environmental analysts and planners for both public and private development and infrastructure projects. She facilitates the preparation of all plan elements and maintains CEQA and NEPA documentation.

CCH Board Member Dan Bryant is an ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and co-founder of an affordable housing agency developing innovative models of transitional shlter and cooperative housing. He brings a unique set of competencies in law, finance, strategy, and innovation to business execution. He has served as a strategic advisor to hundreds of start-ups, churches, and non-profits in more than 20 states across the country seeking to find new solutions to homelessness and the lack of affordable housing in their communities.

CCH Board Member Jed D’Abravanel is a Partner at Klein Hornig LLP where he counsels affordable housing developers in finance, real estate, regulatory, and nonprofit law issues for both new construction and existing income-restricted housing. He prides himself on his strong communication skills and ability to translates legalese and break down complex concepts to make them clear to non-lawyers. Jed brings a broad and deep industry knowledge base to his work, encompassing topics well beyond the law and housing issues, as well as a good sense of humor and a healthy dose of empathy. He also benefits from his experience in the Peace Corps, and from growing up as a recipient of SNAP, Section 8 and MediCal while being raised by a single mother.

Sarah White is an Assistant Director of Real Estate Development with the Santa Clara County Housing Authority. She supports the work of the Executive Leadership Team by overseeing, directing, planning, and collaborating on all real estate development activities for the Housing Authority, including new construction, major renovation, and master plan projects. Under her direction, she manages a pipeline of projects providing 766 units of affordable and supportive housing, with total development costs in excess of $650 million. Prior to joining the Housing Authority, she has contributed to the development of more than 2500 units of affordable housing, including 1300 units in the Bay Area. Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in French and international relations and from the University of California Los Angeles with a master’s degree in urban planning. She is a member of Urban Land Institute and serves on the San Francisco and Silicon Valley Programs Committees.

Tony was born in China and immigrated to the United States when he was twelve years old. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in CA.

Shanon Lampkins-Jones brings over 20 years of experience successfully managing financial and operational oversight of affordable housing portfolios across California. Her work focuses on aligning organizational strategy with community-centered outcomes, with a deep commitment to equity, sustainability, and impact. She also serves on the board of directors for several non-profits focusing on higher education, youth development and economic mobility.

Tony was born in China and immigrated to the United States when he was twelve years old. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in CA.

CCH Board Member Susan Gonzales Dewey is a retired minister who worked at the North American Pacific/Asian Disciples (NAPAD) of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with a mission to recognize and promote the gifts and presence of North American Pacific/Asian Disciples in the life and work of the church. Susan also was the former Co-Regional Minister at the Christian Church, Pacific Southwest Regional. She studied at the Pacific School of Religious and California State University, Fullerton. Her areas of interest include fund raising, faith orientation and strategic visioning and planning.
