Oak Meadows is an affordable housing community for seniors owned by Visalia Senior Housing Inc. Completed in 2001, it offers 59 apartments to seniors ages 62 or over who qualify as very low income according to HUD income limits for the area. Oak Meadows is adjacent to a senior center offering a hot meal program and activities and is also walking distance to “Old Town Visalia”, the library and restaurants.
