Congratulations: Hayward Senior Commons!
We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of our Housing Development, Property Management, and Compliance teams for completing a full lease-up of 80 units in less than 30 days following the building’s Certificate of Occupancy.
This milestone is a testament to the collegiality and dedication of our team members and reflects the dedication, coordination, and hard work of everyone involved – all focused on the common goal of having senior families in their new homes in time for the holidays!
Charnika Parker, Margo Rodriguez, and Derrick Ali received the building on October 16th and ensured all moved in by November 14th – less than 30 days! They were the superstars of the lease-up and such a significant achievement would not have happened without your efforts!
