Piper Way Senior Apartments – 3294 Piper Way, Redding, CA
Opened in May 2025, Piper Way Senior Apartments is our 60-unit apartment community for seniors with set aside for special needs. Piper Way celebrates and strengthens the senior community. Nine homes prioritized for households with one or more member with developmental disabilities are distributed throughout the building as well as six units for formerly homeless seniors. Piper Way features ample indoor and outdoor community space. The main community room with kitchenette can accommodate all the building’s residents for community wide meetings, game nights, pot luck dinners and other activities. The 1500 square foot outdoor terrace features covered table seating to share with company, a gazebo peering out to the views and four garden beds to welcome community gardening programs. The 3rd floor features a community craft room for residents and the services team use for crafting, creative outlet and relaxation with friends. Both the ground floor and 2nd floor laundry room provide options and space for cleaning chores. The building’s interior design encourages informal interactions by providing multiple areas to sit near essential services that all residents will use such as the laundry room and mailboxes.
