We are proud to announce a major milestone in our mission to provide affordable housing for seniors. Our Housing Development team has successfully secured 4% Tax Credits and bond allocation for Covenant Gardens Senior Apartments, a 103-unit new community coming to Memphis, Tennessee.
We are grateful for the support of US House of Representatives congressman Steve Cohen for securing additional funds that now allow us to break ground on Covenant Gardens Senior Apartments. Stay tuned to our groundbreaking in early summer 2026.
Covenant Gardens will offer residents more than just housing, it will provide a supportive environment that fosters dignity, independence, and community.
