CCH Earns Top Credential in Property Management

CCH has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for over 30 years. IREM is a national and international organization that has led the way for decades in creating the highest standards for professional training and performance in the broad field of property and asset management. CCH has applied for and recently been granted their highest credential, Accredited Management Organization (AMO).

CCH CEO and President Don Stump, comments, “Having this credential provides an extra level of assurance to our various investors, business partners, governmental lenders and most of all our residents that CCH staff have all the tools and training necessary to provide high quality day-to-day management.
