Expanding the Legacy: Care – Compassion – Community is the theme for the 2022 CCH Annual Report, which spotlights CCH’s numerous accomplishments over the past year and provides a glimpse of exciting new projects on the horizon to further expand our growing portfolio. The report highlights CCH’s more than 60-year legacy of providing affordable, quality housing for low-income seniors in caring and compassionate communities. A number of new developments and renovations to existing properties are planned, along with continuing to streamline property management and administrative services to realize cost saving while ensuring exceptional customer care.
