Having worked in the area of affordable senior housing for nearly four decades, I have had the honor of meeting hundreds, possibly thousands, of residents from all walks of life. Many of these seniors have contributed meaningfully to their local communities, Despite the rising cost of real estate, it is my firm belief they should be enables to remain in the communities they have helped to build.
Our work at CCH revolves around building and maintaining caring communities where low-income seniors can find More Than A Home. The moment we hand a resident the keys to their new home is often a pivotal and, at time, emotional moment in their lives. This moment would not be possible if it were not for all the donors, partners and supporters who bring the CCH mission to life.
In this issue, you will find a couple of quick videos spotlighting our residents. I invite you to take a moment and listen to their stories. And I thank you now for all that you have done. Whether you have worked with us on a project, donated money to our cause, or read our correspondence, you make it possible for CCH to thrive and continue building service-enriched housing for our most vulnerable population.
