The San Francisco Foundation has provided a generous grant to CCH to continue the Senior Arts Program. Last year, when the program was introduced through an initial grant from the Foundation, over 100 seniors from four CCH communities participated and several had their work selected for public display.The CCH Senior Art Program offers residents in our communities opportunities to:
* Discover their latent artistic talents
* Receive instruction from a professional art teacher
* Share their knowledge and techniques with others
* Engage in life enriching social engagement
* Display work for the enjoyment of others
* Participate in art-related field trips
* Enjoy an activity that contributes to their dignity and self-worth.
