St. Mary’s Gardens is an affordable housing community for seniors owned by St. Mary’s Elderly Housing Corporation. Built in 1979, it offers 100 apartments to seniors aged 62 or over who qualify as very low or extremely low income according to HUD income limits for the area.

We accepted applications from Thursday, November 2nd, 2023, through Thursday, November 16th, 2023.
We conducted an electronic lottery for the 244 applications received, on Monday, November 27th, 2023, results are posted below:
- Lottery Ranking Order, Random Code = Applicant Initials (first and last) – Street Name – Zip Code – and Borth Year
- CLICK HERE/USE FOR LOOKING UP RESULTS – Sorted by Street Name, then Initials (first then last)
- Lottery Rank Lookup column shows your results, if there is a number, then that is your position in the 150 placed on our waiting list; otherwise, it may say “Not Selected.”
