Jarvis Gardens Senior Apartments is an affordable housing community for seniors built by a partnership between Northern Valley Catholic Social Services and Christian Church Homes. Constructed in 2007, it offers 49 apartments to seniors – whose head of household/co-head or spouse is 62 years of age or older – who qualify as very low income according to HUD income limits for the area. Conveniently located near medical facilities, banks, restaurants, shopping opportunities and readily accessible public transportation make this a great place to call “home.”
