Many of CCH’s rehabilitation projects typically last one to two years. Our Housing Development Department works very closely with our Operations team and community staff when communicating with residents whose community will be undergoing a major renovation. The importance of communication is so high that CCH produced a video helping to explain the rehabilitation process to residents.
