CCH Management continues to help lead discussions on the future of affordable senior housing and had a significant presence this year, facilitating four custom workshops at 35th Annual Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California and Hawaii (AHMA-NCH) Conference.
CCH Compliance Manager Kylah Reynolds served as a panelist and shares, “My rent collection and delinquency management workshop was a great success. Being a part of such a well-attended, meticulously planned and influential production is an honor. This unique and wonderful opportunity to collaborate with my peers and reach professionals continuing their education was quite rewarding.”
In addition, CCH Senior Portfolio Manager Nannette Beacham was recently appointed to serve on the AHMA-NCH Board of Directors. She will provide leadership as the organization continues to grow and reach development goals, offering more resources and enhanced training to its membership. Nannette shares, “It’s an honor to serve in this capacity. I look forward to providing meaningful input affecting the future of the organization and hopefully, the industry.”
