The most recent edition of the CCH Annual Report is now available online. Following a most unprecedented year in our nation’s history, the theme of our 2020 publication is “A Year of Change, Challenge and Creativity.” This is particularly apropos given the change in leadership at CCH and the inherent challenges brought about in handling a world-wide pandemic, economic downturn and nationwide calls for social justice and reform.
In this report, we share how our organization amidst leadership change was able to find creative ways to keep ourselves and our residents’ safe during a year-long national health crisis. We continued to provide essential services and resources to meet our residents’ needs. Our strong financial systems and a history of prudent fiscal management enabled us to efficiently run our business operations and to come out unsheathed despite the topsy-turvy economy. We also trained on and embraced the value of our diversity in building on the cultural strength of our organization. In the midst of the pandemic, we still were able to explore exciting real estate development opportunities and to safely maintain and to physically improve our properties.
