8% Retirement Contribution
CCH contributes 8% of your salary to vested retirement plan, regardless of team member contribution.

Regular full-time employees working at least 30 or more hours a week enjoy a generous total compensation package, including low or no-cost to employee medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and employee assistance plans. CCH also provides flexible spending accounts for healthcare, dependent, and commuting expenses. The company contributes 8% to employees’ retirement accounts, effective upon hire, without employees having to contribute and without a vesting period. There are 11 designated holidays. New, full-time employees accrue up to 18 days of PTO in the first year.
