🎉 Grand Opening Celebration: Piper Way Senior Housing
We are thrilled to announce the successful grand opening of Piper Way Senior Housing, a vibrant new community dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and enriching living for seniors in Redding.
On October 1, 2025, we welcomed residents, families, community leaders, and partners to commemorate this exciting milestone. The event featured guided tours of our beautiful new facilities, heartfelt speeches from local dignitaries, refreshments, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the beginning of a new chapter for senior living at Piper Way.
Piper Way Senior Housing represents our commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments where older adults can thrive. With thoughtfully designed living spaces, engaging amenities, and a compassionate team, Piper Way is more than just a place to live—it’s a place to call home.
We want to ensure that all seniors live with dignity and thrive in their home. We are proud Piper Way is a place they get to call home. Not only did we complete this project on time, but we were also able to do it under budget!
Thank you to all our partners: Far Northern Regional Center, Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency, City of Redding Housing Authority, First Christian Church of Redding (Disciples of Christ), Sunseri Construction, C M Wong Architecture, Community Economics, Inc., Goldfarb & Lipman LLP, Burks Construction & Forestry Management, and many others for bringing this new senior community to reality.
The project was made possible with funding from the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, California Department of Housing & Community Development, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, City of Redding Housing Authority, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, U.S. Bank, and land donated from the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
